Dustin is a fantastic therapist. This is my first time in therapy, so I thought I knew what to expect, but I have been challenged and celebrated by Dustin since our first session. The work is really paying off because of his unique approach to what progress looks like and actionable items to complete between sessions. I have recommended him to three of my friends already and look forward to each week.

Be. Here. NOW. That’s been my personal mantra over the last few years and one of the hardest things I’ve ever tried to do. It is Here and NOW where change is possible and we can appreciate the fullness of our experiences. Sometimes that means having feelings we don’t like, which is uncomfortable. But I believe it is only through experiencing these feelings we can learn to be psychologically flexible and grow as individuals.
My ultimate goal is to help improve the quality of your life, no matter what you’re going through. I want to provide a safe space where you can focus on what’s most important to you Here and NOW and practice behavioral skills focused on your values.
