What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session together we will identify what you would like to accomplish while in therapy, what you have already tried but didn't work, and what you are open to trying. Together we will come up with a plan of action. I will also provide you with tools you can begin using right away to help decrease symptoms you might experience that make daily life a bit difficult. You will leave each session with a bit more clarity and applicable tools for self-healing.
