I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a degree from NYU’s Silver School of Social Work. My approach to therapy is person-centered, integrative, and rooted in empathy. I’m passionate about supporting adolescents and young adults as they navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My style is flexible and tailored to your needs, often incorporating elements of CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness. I believe in meeting you where you are and walking alongside you as you grow.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In our sessions, we’ll start by getting to know your story, values, and goals for therapy. I take a collaborative, client-led approach, integrating evidence-based methods that are most relevant to your needs. You’ll find a space to process what’s on your mind while also building practical tools for navigating day-to-day challenges. I often incorporate mindfulness and body-awareness techniques to help you stay grounded and gain clarity. Progress may not always be linear, but every step forward counts—and we’ll celebrate that together.
