I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree, both from the State University of New York at New Paltz. I have a background in supporting clients through a range of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and trauma. When I’m not working, you’ll find me petting my cats, getting out in nature, being with loved ones, or getting lost in an art project. I’m part of Resolute, a practice offering high-quality, insurance-covered therapy and psychiatry, with comprehensive support to ensure a smooth and stress-free experience for our clients.
