Welcome! I’m Raquel, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor. I bring years of focused experience working with individuals navigating the impact of trauma, broken trust, major life transitions, and patterns of self-sabotage. My style is active, collaborative, and deeply attuned — I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Together, we’ll work to identify what’s been holding you back and create practical, lasting shifts in your life. My approach is trauma-informed and relationship-centered, built on the belief that healing happens when you feel seen, challenged, and supported at the same time. Therapy with me is not just about insight — it’s about building the strength and clarity to live differently, with greater self-trust, resilience, and connection.
