I have over nine years of experience working with children, adults and families throughout the New York City neighborhoods. My work at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Inwood Community Services has allowed me to understand the diverse demands that individuals face on a daily basis. I help individuals tackle these demands, and collaboratively develop understanding on how they affect the family unit. In the midst of my experience, I have received training in cognitive behavioral therapy, problem solving therapy, crisis intervention, and bereavement. My areas of expertise also include grief, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders among adolescents and adults. I hold a Bachelors of Arts and Master’s Degree from New York University. Additionally, I hold post Master’s certificates in Advanced Clinical Assessment, Advanced Assessment and Diagnosis, and Problem Solving Therapy.
As your therapist, I will help you develop and achieve your goals by providing the highest quality of mental health services to you and your family. My specialty in adolescents, adults, and families will address your needs, while fostering a culture of inclusivity and professionalism. Together we will work on helping you reach your highest potential through a flexible and solution focused approach.
