Getting to know Gabriella Carbone
In therapy, I collaborate with individuals to discover and develop creative solutions to manage the ups and downs that come with being human. Whether it is school, work, or relationship issues weighing on you, our sessions can become a safe, compassionate space to explore your vulnerabilities and identify tools to help facilitate growth.
My style is eclectic and individualized, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
I seek to walk alongside clients as they explore their past experiences, present challenges, and future goals. Together on this journey of self-discovery called life, therapy becomes a time to meet and create the future you.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support clients with empathy and professionalism.
