What should a new client know about working with you?

Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and it’s completely normal to feel a mix of emotions whether that’s hope, uncertainty, or even nervousness. I’m here to support you through it all. I offer a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. I believe therapy works best as a partnership. We will work together to uncover your strengths, explore what’s holding you back, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is intuitive and flexible, rooted in evidence-based practices and tailored to your unique needs. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model. Whether you're navigating relationship issues, managing anxiety, processing trauma, or simply seeking greater clarity in your life, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Together, we’ll create a path forward that aligns with your goals and values, one that fosters growth, resilience, and connection.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process is thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored to each individual. In our first session, we’ll take time to explore what brings you to therapy and begin identifying your goals. This is also a chance for us to start building a strong therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, and mutual respect. As we continue, I tailor our work to your evolving needs. Some sessions may focus on developing concrete tools and coping strategies, while others might involve deeper exploration of emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, or unresolved experiences. My role is to guide and support you while creating space for honest reflection and meaningful growth. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed practices. While these frameworks inform my work, I remain flexible and responsive to what resonates most with you. Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, better equipped to navigate challenges, and empowered to move forward in a way that aligns with your values.
