My mission is to have you walk away from the first session feeling more hopeful than when we first spoke. Whether you see me or one of the therapist's in my group practice, I will have the first free phone call with you so we can discuss your needs, what might fit best for you and your budget, as well as making time for any questions that come up.
When we start working together you can expect a safe, non judgmental space (online or in-person) where you can bring up anything you need support around, even if you aren't completely clear on what it is. People come to therapy for support, personal growth, and to work with the unknown. I can be there with you as you find your way to greater insight, hope, and understanding.
