Before becoming a psychotherapist, Dori spent over 15 years in marketing. She understands firsthand the pressures of high-performing environments - the constant demands, complex relationships, and internal expectations that can lead to burnout, anxiety, or feeling stuck. This perspective allows her to connect deeply with professionals who are balancing ambition with their emotional well-being.
Dori practices from a psychodynamic foundation, helping you understand the deeper patterns and experiences that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. She also integrates EMDR and somatic approaches, offering practical, body-based tools for when insight alone doesn’t lead to change. Her work is trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming.
Dori works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, anger, ftrauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. She has particular expertise in ADHD, including how it often shows up differently in adults and across genders. Many clients come in feeling chronically overwhelmed, “too much,” or not quite understood—and leave with greater self-compassion, and strategies that actually fit for you.
Dori understands that starting therapy can feel like a big step. Her goal is to create a space that feels natural, engaged, and genuinely supportive, so you can work toward lasting personal growth.

I highly recommend this practice and Dori in particular. I was nervous starting with a new therapist, but Dori put me at ease with her empathetic and calm, logical approach. I leave each session with a sense of progress, and I feel like she really “gets” me. The practice is professional and makes logistics easy for scheduling, payment and adjustments.
