Emily has helped me so much and really listens to me. She is easy to talk to and provides realistic approaches to better my mental health. She helped me figure out what works best for me and I feel I wouldn’t have been able to manage my anxiety without her.

Finding a therapist is never an easy process. When Emily and I started working together she made me feel heard in any and emotions I expressed. Many times it feels more like conversing with someone who is rooting for you to succeed and that is an incredible feeling. She reminds me what I put in, is what I'll get out. Working with her makes it easy to work on my own goals and continue my therapy attendance.

Emily was very accommodating with my availability, she’s easy to talk to and makes you feel right at home. She’s extremely professional but makes you feel like you’re talking to your best friend. She’s really helped me process recent life changes and I greatly appreciate her. I will continue to see her often.
