I believe wholeheartedly in the power of therapy. My own journey through trauma, as well as an ADHD diagnosis in adulthood, has fueled my passion to become a guide and sounding board for those in need of compassionate support. I love exploring generational trauma and patterns, creating healthier systems for managing ADHD symptoms, demystifying anxiety & building healthy coping skills, and using Internal Family Systems to help clients better understand their experiences and how those events impact their present.

What should a new client know about working with you?

You may be wondering what working with me would look like! I lead with a human centered approach and incorporate flexibility with the tools and resources used in session to customize your experience. Not only will I provide you a safe place to land, free of judgment or shame, but I will also challenge you when necessary, sprinkle in humor to help ground and recenter certain moments, and encourage open and honest communication both with myself, and the world around you. I am a creative at heart and love to incorporate creative outlets and exploration tools into my work with clients if you desire!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are 50 minutes in length and can be held weekly or biweekly. My fee is $150 per session; unfortunately all sliding scale slots are full at this time. The practice does not accept insurance, however can explore your out of network benefits through an additional service if desired. Depending on what you prefer, I will provide “homework” in the form of a worksheet or creative project to help aid in reflection and progress between sessions. However if that’s not your style, then no worries! I look forward to meeting you!
