I work with adults and specialize in areas including, but not limited to, anxiety, stress, depression, divorce, mental health/sports performance, parental alienation, self-esteem, family conflict, life transitions, grief/loss, and women's/men's issues. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and a variety of other treatment modalities to assist those in need. I earned my Master's in Guidance and Counseling from Bowling Green State University, which laid the foundation for my passion and skills in mental healthcare.
