Experiencing discontentment within yourself can feel overwhelming and exhausting. It can be hard to know where to start and what solutions feel accessible to you; while everyone seems to have suggestions, none may feel like they fit. I'm here to help those who are feeling at a loss, whether that stems from anxiety, depression, lack of self-worth, or difficulty connecting with emotions. Through our therapeutic work together, we can find what speaks to and works for you. From the outside, therapy can be an intimidating space, especially if you've never done it before. In this day and age, it can be common to hear lots of ?therapy speak? and conclude that this may not be for you. My hope is that together, we can dispel the notion that you need to be someone with certain emotional intelligence or experience to be in therapy. My firm belief is that therapy is for everyone; no matter what you bring to the table, my expertise is meeting clients where they are and building an accessible bridge to where you'd like to be, together. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from LaSalle University and am experienced in working with both individuals and couples. I feel comfortable and confident holding the space you may need. I understand the delicate and, at times, fraught discomfort that might prompt someone to seek therapy, and I'm ready to meet you where you are to begin the process of healing. Together, we can create a space where you feel heard, validated, and empowered to regain your peace.
