Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques to help clients recognize unhelpful patterns, improve emotional regulation, and build healthier coping skills. Emily also offers couples and family therapy, helping loved ones communicate more effectively, strengthen bonds, and navigate complex relational dynamics. She values working with diverse populations, including those within the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with developmental disabilities, and those on the autism spectrum.
Outside of her clinical work, Emily enjoys coaching cheerleading, reading, and taking long walks with her dogs. These personal passions fuel her belief in the importance of connection, movement, and creativity in maintaining emotional wellness.
