I follow a person-centered and humanistic therapy to focus on human potential. This approach focuses on helping the whole person’s ability to overcome difficulties through personal growth that leads to positive change. My approach is non-judgmental, supportive, validating, and warm. I commonly use elements of CBT, existential, and narrative therapy.
I treat all individuals 18+, specializing in grief and loss, transitional depression, anxiety, life transitions and adjustment, and chronic illness. I encourage you to bring joy, sadness, strengths, challenges, and hope to our work together. Whatever you may be struggling with, you are welcomed here.
Ultimately, I treat each client as a unique individual and works collaboratively with my clients and families to guide treatment, as I believe it is essential for clients to see that they are the expert of their own experience. I can help you explore different paths/avenues to help you become the "best version" of yourself.
