Emmanuelle truly has been the greatest source of support in my life. She has helped me sort through a multitude of personal and relationship issues, she is always understanding and empathetic, while also pushing me to think outside the box. She has helped me understand how issues from my past influence issues I am having in the present day. She makes astute observations and connections. She's helped me learn to trust myself and how to find trust others. I can't thank her enough for all she's done for me.

I see therapy as a journey between two people. At times, the journey can feel daunting, overwhelming, and challenging, and I am here to help make the burden a little easier to bear. I work with individuals of all backgrounds and various ages coping with trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal struggles, work stress, stage-of-life transitions, and more.
My goal is to truly understand you and join with you to uncover difficulties or patterns you may not see just yet. We will work together to enhance your ability to sift through challenges and get to the root of the issues you are facing.
We all feel stuck at different times in our lives, and I want to help you get unstuck. I will help you gain more insight and clarity for yourself and your relationships, creating a deeper understanding of how your history is intertwined with your present.
I aim to empower you to recognize the changes you can make to improve your life and how to make sense of the things you cannot control. I also bring myself into the room using humor, creativity, and genuine enthusiasm to foster a space of honesty and connection. My goal is to help you live a more authentic, peaceful, fulfilling life.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis, which have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you on this journey.

I saw Emmanuelle during a period of time when I was working through some significant personal and professional issues. I reached out to her because she has a focus on helping to derive insight into your everyday problems or triggers. She was very honest about the therapy journey having ups and downs, which I appreciated. In all, she struck me as a compassionate and empathetic practitioner, who prompted me with questions to help me explore my perspective and experience. I only stopped visiting her when I had to move abroad, but I would highly recommend her to others.
Note: The wait time question is not really relevant since I saw Emmanuelle virtually. Also, I have used an alias below because I would like to keep my therapy private from public consumption.

Emmanuelle is really warm and welcoming. She creates a very safe space and I feel really seen and heard by her. She's helped me work through a lot of challenges in my life and always provides me helpful feedback. I honestly can't imagine how I'd have survived the past few years without her!
