About Eric Christensen

Eric graduated with his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2009, where he published a journal article on the effect of whiplash on the cross-sectional area of the muscles surrounding the throat and presented at multiple conferences. He also earned a degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Sports Medicine from Colorado State University. In practice, Eric enjoys working with all populations of patients in the orthopedic and neurological fields. He has specialized in custom orthotic prescription and casting, vestibular reprogramming, dry needling, and manual therapy. Eric takes a developmental approach to rehabilitation, utilizing the Selective Functional Movement Assessment. He uses functional movement patterning and manual therapy to help patients return to prior levels of function. When not at work, Eric enjoys reading, camping, hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family—Owen, Cora, Jude, Ringo (dog), and Mario (cat)!
