Hello! I’m glad you’re here. I know the process to find a therapist can be overwhelming and I hope to make it a little easier. I believe in a collaborative approach and start all my clients off with a free consultation. This way we have a chance to get to know each other without pressures of paperwork or fees to each decide if we are a good fit. I primarily focus on mood disorders including anxiety, depression, and borderline traits and I have training in DBT, CBT, and ACT models that help support a skills-based approach to reducing severity of symptoms. In addition I also focus on processing life events and interpersonal dynamics. I graduated in 2008 from University of Denver and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Since then I have a blended work history of both non-profit positions as well as owning my own practice since 2014. I very much enjoy what I do and look forward to working with you.
