We specialize in viewing our clients from culturally relevant lenses in counseling. No two people are alike. The therapeutic process will be client centered--all about you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Breakthrough Care and Resource Center, Inc. offers a free 15 minute consult to ensure it is a mutual fit for both client and therapist. Sessions are typically 50 minutes in lengths. Interventions used include but are not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness therapy, client-centered therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
