I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, I work with each client to develop a personalized plan that suits their specific needs and circumstances. Whether addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other challenges, my goal is to provide steady support while fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, honesty, and safety. Throughout our work together, I aim to nurture confidence, self-acceptance, and resilience, helping clients to grow and find a new way of living.

Nicole was on time, friendly, and very professional! I feel like she listened to my complaints and long stories and took them seriously.
