My approach
Dr. Curet's approach to therapy is based on the client's needs - whether psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, supportive, or spiritually focused (including mindful meditation) when appropriate and according to the client's beliefs). She is trained in EMDR therapy for trauma, bereavement, and QPR suicide prevention.
