Before my therapy session with Flavia I had terrible social anxiety after moving to NYC, rendering me practically home bound. Talking with Flavia has allowed me to look beyond my anxiety and fully embraced the new to New York. I see her twice a week and have never had a better therapist.

I was really nervous about going to therapy the first time but I knew that I needed it. Flavia made me feel less embarrassed about my fears and I was able to open up about a few things I've been struggling with, which surprised me I've now been seeing her for six months and I actually look forward to the sessions. Flavia helped me finally make a few decisions I was avoiding and she is a really supportive champion for me finding happiness.

My visit with Flavia was very pleasant and professional. She was extremly warm and provided great services. I really felt heard and comfortable in her session with me. Ive seen many therapist in my days and she by far was the best I have experienced.

I was reluctant to find a therapist and was afraid to talk to someone about my anxiety. Flavia was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable talking. Her nonjudgemental and open approach made my first experience with therapy so positive. I would highly recommend her!
