I am Heather M. Bowman, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. I provide a compassionate, inclusive, and trauma-informed space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and develop tools for meaningful change. Outside of my clinical work, I have a deep appreciation for nature, poetry, avant-garde and classic cinema, and meaningful films that explore the human experience. I also have a deep appreciation for music and sound as powerful pathways for connection, reflection, and healing. I am a Reiki Master-Teacher and sound healing practitioner, which reflects my holistic perspective and appreciation for the connection between mind, body, and overall well-being. I believe music and sound can reach places beyond words, supporting emotional expression, mindfulness, relaxation, and deeper healing. I bring both clinical expertise and a genuine curiosity about each person's unique story into my work with clients.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider's self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan's benefits.
