Gabrielle Suarez, LCSW

Psychotherapist
NV
I'm really glad you're here. I am an LCSW, a licensed therapist who specializes in working with teens (14+) and young adults navigating the tough stuff— depression, self-harm, anxiety, identity, relationships, school stress, job stress, trauma, and everything in between. My approach is warm, open-minded, honest, and collaborative, creating a safe and personalized space where you can show up as yourself and start making sense of it all. My approach My clinical approach is a mix of humor, heart, and flexibility. I pull from different therapeutic styles depending on what fits you best, because no two people are the same, and therapy shouldn’t be either. It's strength-based, personalized, and a little eclectic, with room for real talk, growth, and even a few laughs along the way. My focus I work best with teens 14 and up, young adults figuring life out, and adults ready to dig a little deeper. Whether you’re dealing with high school pressure, college transitions, peer and family relationships, identity stuff, or just feeling stuck, this space is yours. I thrive off feedback—so don’t be afraid to speak up. At the end of the day, you’re the most important part of this process, and your voice matters here. My communication style My communication style is laidback, clear, and rooted in empathy—I’m not here to throw a bunch of clinical jargon at you. I keep things real, conversational, and easy to understand, so you can feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff to be effective. My journey to mental healthcare I became a therapist because I was that teenager, the one who felt like they couldn’t use their voice. I was one of the emo kids, always deep in my feelings, just wishing someone would give me space to speak and actually listen. That longing stuck with me and turned into a fascination with people and why we do what we do, which led me to earn my B.A. in Psychology from Nevada State College and my Master of Social Work from USC.
