I am passionate about helping individuals find freedom from their anxiety, depression, addictions, relational and family issues, and negative self-image.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Denver Seminary, which has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to support you effectively. I believe that mindset impacts much of what you do as a person, but it doesn’t have to hold you back from your goals. I would love to walk alongside you as you work to improve your well-being and grow in the phase of life you find yourself in.
