Hannah helps clients overcome a variety of life's challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. She empowers clients to make positive, lasting changes to create a healthy future for themselves. Recognizing that therapy is not a “one size fits all” approach, she utilizes various techniques and behavioral modalities. She often draws from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which focuses on identifying strengths and building upon them, as well as finding balance between acceptance and change.
Hannah holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychological Science from Pacific University and has experience working in community mental health settings counseling a wide range of clients, including adolescents and adults.
