I went to school at Divine Mercy University to receive a MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I specialize in trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and grief. Through the Green Cross Academy, I received my certifications in EMDR Level I and II in order to more thoroughly and effectively treat symptoms congruent with PTSD and other trauma-related disorders. In my approach, therapy is meant to treat the whole person, not just a set of symptoms. Moreover, I enjoy collaborating with each of my clients over the kind of care they want from structured therapeutic techniques to standard CBT and talk therapy.
