Natasha Elliott, LCSW

Psychotherapist
CO
I am a licensed clinical social worker licensed in Colorado and Michigan, with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver. I am also a certified addiction counselor candidate. My approach I use a variety of modalities when working with clients to ensure I meet them where they are and support them in reaching their personal goals. Some of the modalities I am trained in include ACT, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, Strengths-Based, and Motivational Interviewing. My focus I work with clients who have a range of different diagnoses. I believe it’s important for clients to understand that they are not defined by their diagnosis and deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, no matter what they are struggling with. My communication style I work with clients in a virtual setting. I encourage clients to be themselves and focus on what they need during our sessions. I always invite clients to take care of their needs and let me know what they require during the session. Whether it’s drinking water, eating, using the facilities, or needing to leave early, I want clients to feel comfortable and supported. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been passionate about supporting individuals struggling with their mental health and overall well-being. I enjoy this work because I love seeing people feel better and being able to work on themselves. My goals for you I meet clients where they are and help them achieve their goals by regularly checking in on their progress. I also sometimes provide worksheets or assessments for clients to complete between sessions to help gauge their growth. My first session with you Our first session will be a time for me to get to know you and for you to get to know me. Please come with any questions you have—I look forward to meeting you.
