I can’t say enough wonderful things about my experience with Hannah as my therapist. From the moment I walked into her office, I knew I was in the right place. Her warmth and genuine compassion immediately put me at ease, and I felt like I was in a safe space where I could truly be myself. One of the most remarkable aspects of Hannah's therapy is her ability to help me maintain a positive outlook on life while still validating my feelings. She never once made me feel like my struggles were trivial or unimportant. Instead, she helped me navigate through them with grace and understanding. Her validation of my experiences has been incredibly empowering and validating in itself. She equips you with the tools you need to face life's hurdles with resilience and confidence. If you're looking for a therapist who is not only highly skilled but also compassionate and understanding, I wholeheartedly recommend Hannah. Thank you, Hannah, for being an exceptional therapist and helping me find my path.

More about Hannah Rogawski, LCSW

I believe that therapy is both an art and a science, and that every individual is unique. I find that people often come to therapy with the hope of eliminating painful emotions, and with the belief that they cannot tolerate negative feelings. While I understand the desire to escape overwhelming emotions, my goal is not to help my clients suppress their emotions, but rather to help them develop the skills to co-exist and thrive with them. I partner with clients to help them develop practical tools to manage emotions, to feel better, and to overcome barriers which prevent them from achieving their personal goals. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing challenges with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, perfectionism and self-esteem, emotion regulation, and work-life balance. I am a psychodynamic therapist and I use a combination of evidence-based modalities, including mindfulness, DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS, and insight-oriented therapy. I also have a therapy dog (golden retriever) upon request. I am passionate about helping clients accept themselves as they are and simultaneously work towards change. We will work together to create meaningful goals and positive outcomes.

Hannah created a safe environment for me to feel comfortable talking and sharing; I’ve been through many therapists and this was the first time I not only liked my therapist but I saw concrete change. Hannah doesn’t just sit back and act like Freud, she is an active participant and together we were able to make changes; I now have the tools to manage my emotions and my OCD in a way that I never did before. Would definitely recommend working with Hannah!
Hannah has been a great support in teaching me how to handle my anxiety. After previous therapy sessions with limited progress, I am now experiencing a noticeable improvement in my symptoms and have developed a better understanding of their roots. I'm truly grateful for her guidance!
Hannah is caring, intelligent, compassionate, and just an overall great therapist. She is highly skilled, and a very focused listener. I feel I have made great strides in the year I've been working with her. She responds to emails/phone calls promptly.
Hannah made me feel really safe and seen and validated. She has a very warm and calming presence and an ability to help me observe my intrusive thoughts and anxieties without judgement or fear. She offered very useful solutions to help me regulate my overwhelming emotions in the moment and has helped me strategize through hypothetical scenarios to find manageable ways to live with persistent issues in my life. I’m grateful to have her support while navigating some of the most difficult, delicate and scary situations of my adult life. It’s rare to find someone so caring and smart—every session with her continues to provide some much needed relief.
Hannah is an amazing therapist who truly cares about her patients and helps them improve their lives. She is caring and has such a calming presence, and was able to provide me with so much helpful insight. I started seeing her more than a year ago for anxiety and depression and have seen such an improvement since working with her. She is smart and knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner than made me feel very comfortable, like you are talking to an old friend. Would highly recommend her.
As a healthcare provider during the pandemic Hannah helped me learn coping skills and tools to deal with the anxiety and depression I was facing in my daily life. She made me feel listened to during each and every visit.
Hannah has really helped me deal with my anxiety. Her bedside manner was also awesome. She’s super understanding and makes me feel very comfortable!
