What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect a practical and personalized approach tailored to your challenges. I believe you're the expert on your own life! You know what matters most and where you'd like support. This means we’ll focus on whatever feels most pressing to you and tackle it together. If you are ready to put effort into your therapy experience, I'll help you create practical tools, find fresh perspectives, and provide steady support to help you move toward meaningful change in line with your goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach is practical and collaborative. In our sessions, we’ll explore new ways of thinking, behaving, and relating to others while staying grounded in your personal goals. After each session, we’ll identify a meaningful step you can take in your daily life. At the start of the next session, we’ll check in on how it went, talk through what worked or didn’t, and then focus on what feels most important to you at that time. Therapy with me is an ongoing process of reflection and experimentation to discover what truly works best for you and your needs.
