Hi there, I'm Jasmine!
I, Jasmine M. Fleming, am a Los Angeles-based psychotherapist who utilizes an integrative therapeutic approach to mental health treatment. I have worked with children, teenagers, and adult men and women struggling with issues surrounding trauma, domestic violence, sexual identity, addiction/substance abuse, and so much more. My approach
As a licensed clinician, I utilize an integrative approach to providing therapy. Therapy is not a one size fits all process, and I allow each client that interact with the opportunity to guide how they like to be approached. My therapeutic approach includes being trauma informed, culturally sensitive, solution focused, and strengths based.
My focus
I work with adult women and men, who are experiencing conditions ranging from mood disorders, depression, anxiety, addiction, grief and loss, PTSD and many more, along with those who are just looking to learn how to manage everyday stressors and traumas.
My communication style
I create a calm and relaxed environment for my clients. I utilize active and reflective listening skills, paired with compassion and empathy, with a little gentle challenging when appropriate.
