I have been working in the mental health field since 2016 and am happy to assist children between the ages of 5-12, adults, couples, and families. I work from an existential, strengths-based approach and utilize techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, applied ecopsychology, and Rogerian therapies, among many others.
