People book withe me because they are first-time therapy clients who grew up in emotionally avoidant homes where mental health was never talked about, and now find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, burnout, anxiety, emotional suppression, and not following through even when they know what to do.
I’m a Gen Z Latina therapist trained at USC, and my approach is both structured and relatable. We focus on emotional regulation, nervous system healing, routines, sleep, boundaries, and breaking unhealthy patterns. I take a holistic approach because your mind, body, and emotions are all connected.

Jazmin is great! I feel like I can really connect, feel seen, and feel heard. Often times I feel like I have a heard time expressing how I really feel or even understanding my own emotions and Jazmin does a great job on being able to help me work through it all. She has also helped me work on setting boundaries with family members as well as helping me navigate through tough situations.
