You struggle with self-acceptance and often see yourself through a harsh and unforgiving lens. Unable to manage your anxiety, grief, anger or depression, you often behave in ways you later regret. Flooded with shame and remorse for your inability to achieve true happiness, the inner punishment starts all over again. Feeling all alone with no one to confide in, you fear you're the only one who can't cope. You dream of the day you can wake up excited and motivated to put yourself more fully into your life without fear and self-doubt. You just know there is more to life and you long to connect to your purpose and joy.
In a non-judgmental, empowering setting, Jeannette provides one-on-one, in-person or online therapy with adults who are experiencing intense inner conflict, guilt, depression or anxiety resulting from the pressure to excel and be accepted for who they are.
Jeannette works well with professionals and college students, BIPOC and LGBTQ+ folks who are struggling with perfectionism, overwhelmed by life transitions, and identity and relationship issues.
