What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy begins with building a strong foundation of trust and understanding. Early sessions focus on getting to know your history, current challenges, and future goals. Together, we will identify patterns and clarify the direction of our work. As therapy progresses, we may engage in emotional processing, developing coping strategies, strengthening boundaries, building skills, and exploring thoughts and behaviors through cognitive restructuring. Creative interventions can also be incorporated to support emotional expression and self-discovery. Throughout the process, we will regularly check in on your progress and adjust our approach to ensure therapy remains aligned with your needs and goals.
