“Talia is incredibly easy to talk to. I struggle with anxiety and depression, and I really appreciate how calm and grounded I feel when talking with her. She’s attentive and has such a soothing presence that makes me feel safe opening up, even about things that are difficult for me to talk about. I especially appreciate the way she encourages creativity and self-expression as tools for working through how I’m feeling. She’s given me really helpful ways to channel what I’m experiencing into something positive, while also helping me think more clearly about what I want for myself and the decisions I make for my future. I always come away feeling a little more grounded and connected to myself. She’s kind, patient, thoughtful, and makes difficult conversations feel much less overwhelming. I would absolutely recommend Talia to anyone looking for a therapist who is compassionate and creates a genuinely safe/comfortable environment.”

Getting to know Talia Weintraub

A strong support system is a vital part of our well-being, and I believe that includes a meaningful therapeutic relationship. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, neurodivergence, queer identities, trauma, and cultural differences. My goal is to create a space where you feel safely heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and confidence. I strive to foster an authentic, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where you can feel comfortable showing up as your whole self.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I use a person-centered and collaborative approach, allowing you to guide what feels most important to explore in therapy. I incorporate cognitive restructuring to help identify and challenge negative beliefs and thought patterns.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I begin each session by checking in on how you are doing and making space for whatever feels most important or relevant in that moment. As our conversation unfolds, I may follow up on concerns or themes from previous sessions while remaining responsive to what you need that day. My goal is for sessions to feel collaborative, supportive, and grounded in your individual needs.

Im so glad I found Talia at this practice. I have been looking for a good match for a while now and we connected instantly. She made me feel comfortable right away and I was able to get everything off my chest. She helped me untangle my web of thoughts and gave me mindfulness techniques to begin implementing right away. I didn’t know where to even begin with getting help and she helped me ground myself and feel confident in beginning this journey. Lovely lady, I can’t wait for our next meeting.
