I really like his mindful approach. He explained his work very well so I wasnt left feeling unsure. How well this gestalt approach worked surprised me. He always seems to get to the real issues, even when I'm avoiding it. His work is really appreciated.

Everything went smoothly, which I wan't expecting. Mr. Allison was insightful and kind and I really like his human approach. He didn't talk down to me or label me. He was very engaging and warm, and helped me feel at ease.

I'm particularly experienced in treating issues of anxiety and depression, past trauma, grief/loss, and issues with trust. I also work with those who are simply interested in living better- feeling more energetic, restoring creativity, improving relationships and growing professionally.
I'm an experienced therapist with advanced training in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I help people unblock themselves from feeling a sense of well-being. Creating safe space, deepening awareness, and bringing attention to those parts of people that they learned to neglect are all parts of the healing process. People are often amazed by their healing.
I am passionate about growth. Rather than focus solely on "tips" and "tricks" to help people feel less stressed, I'm interested in helping them live in a way where they can transcend what they thought were their personal limits.

I was a bit nervous going in because previous experience with therapy have been mixed, but Jeff put me at ease pretty quickly and appreciated not having to spend so much time rehashing my whole life in preparation for future sessions. The tone was professional, but not stuffy, and that made me feel comfortable and Chattier than I expected.
