This office pretends to be all about their patients when in reality it is the opposite. I hope you never have the reason to step foot into this office. Not only did I feel unsafe here, the staff is rude and unprofessional. I remember missing an appointment here and they charged me and wouldn’t leave me alone, harassing me for their late/no show fee. Meanwhile, I waited around for a couple hours at this office, not only did I miss a work meeting, I ended up loosing money. So my last words are: make your patients feel valued and don’t be charging them for your “missed times” when the patient simply cannot make the appointments. Follow what you claim to preach because it goes both ways. Thanks.
