I view psychotherapy as a collaborative and deeply personal process, one where we work together to expand our self understanding and awareness, paving the way to deeper, more authentic connections and a greater sense of purpose and fulfillment. Many of the people I've worked with are accomplished individuals in their own right, yet feel unfulfilled, disconnected in relationships, or overwhelmed by the ever growing demands of modern life. I enjoy working with adults to navigate relationship challenges, career dissatisfaction, as well as anxiety, ADHD, depression and addictive patterns.

My approach is personable and insight driven, where I bring genuine curiosity, presence, and humor to every session. Together, we will explore patterns that are getting in the way of you feeling more fulfilled in life. We will work towards modifying these patterns, so you may experience greater satisfaction in work and relationships.
