“I saw Dr. Benton on an emergency basis. I had a slip and fall in my home, landed flat on my back, lots of soft tissue damage from my sacrum to my neck and shoulders, twisted my knee, ankle, and injured my foot (black and blue) so badly I thought it was broken. After one session, the swelling is completely gone, the bruising is almost gone, and the pain is 80% gone. I am going back tomorrow for more. He is a miracle worker. I would definitely recommend him to others for ANYTHING health related he is very knowledgeable about alternative health and had me back up and going in no time. ”

Dr. Jeffrey Benton, D.C., C.T.N., Human Potential Specialist, has devoted his life to activating the body’s internal self-correcting programs to improve the human factor quotient, enabling you to access your full potential. Dr. Benton is committed to helping people’s lives run more smoothly. After working with him, individuals feel better and gain greater clarity about their lives and health. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University, Northridge in 1990, his Doctor of Chiropractic from Southern California University of Health Sciences in 1996, and his Naturopathic Physician Certification in 2000.
Dr. Benton developed the New Trauma Release Technique™ that releases aches and pains at the cellular level and opens healing blockages in the body. He locates, identifies, and removes the underlying cause of your pain. As a result, he reconnects the body to the creative life force, resulting in optimal function.
He has special training in the latest techniques involving Applied Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Technique, Zindler C.M.R.T. acupressure, Zone Therapy, Cranial Adjusting Turner Style (C.A.T.S.), Functional Medicine, and Clinical Nutrition. These techniques, combined with massage and proven sports rehabilitation therapies, maximize your body’s physical magnificence and effectiveness.
Dr. Benton also has advanced training in Glyconutrition, an evolving field focused on efficient cell-to-cell communication through specific nutrients to optimize cellular transmission. Most chronic diseases result from deficient intercellular communication and improper molecular hydration.
He has studied with Paul Roth of the Institute of Applied Ontology, Dr. Mick MacKenzie of MacKenzie International Consulting, Greg Mooers of Lifecamp, and George Addair of the Omega Point/Delta Vector program. Dr. Benton was very unprofessional in his approach and did not improve how I felt at all. I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was in the office and felt as though it was an inconvenience I was there. When I asked for exercises/tips to help fix my pain on my own time, he said we would tell me about them after the next appointment..... I would not recommend and will absolutely not be going back.

In the past I underrated chiropractic care. Not anymore. After two visits with Dr.Benton I feel like a new person! He knows so much more than the average doctor. I will definitely continue seeing him :)

to be honest, i felt a bit duped when i left here. i'm not sure what to make of the visit. i think the doctor is very passionate about his practice and a rather nice person, but I don't think I will be going back.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. Dr. Benton was able to pin point problems I was having just by analyzing my symptoms. In addition the nutrition he recommended has increased my energy and stamina. The office staff was extremly considerate of my scheduling.
