Therapy is nothing but a mental massage -it helps change your perspective, helps relieve tension and steers you towards a productive and a healthy life. It teaches you to empower yourself. I help clients realize that they are capable of change and take control of their lives.
I have had 18 years of experience working at MHMR of Tarrant County and have been in private practice for 23years and have had extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents , adults and elderly population with chronic mental illness. I have also worked with people who are anxious, depressed or stressed.
I believe in being genuine , caring and open minded, honest in my approach working with clients.
