“I absolutely luv Ms. Simisola & my niece as well, I’m sure my nephew will too he had his 1st appt. today. I found her when my niece came to live with my family. When my niece was at home with her mother she was in & out the mental hospital she had all kinda problems going on & so did he. My niece & I took to her very quickly she was not quick to prescribe her any kinda medicine. She did some kinda labs that helps with finding the best medicine for her that made us trust her even more with the experiences they’ve had in their short time of living she shows she cares. She’s gone above & beyond her job duties to make sure that we get the help we need. She even seen us when we didn’t have insurance at the time if that doesn’t say it all. I’m glad we have her on this journey . She’s 1 in a million if that doesn’t tell you she’s awesome I don’t know what to tell you. We’re very grateful for her & her team to be in our corner with us to help us live a safe & productive life here on out. ”

At Transcend Mental Health & Wellness, my goal as a psychiatric and mental health provider is to reboot your mental acuity and general wellness by establishing long-term relationships with my clients. I believe “a healthy outside starts from the inside,” so we utilize psychotherapy, IV therapy/IM therapy, and medications that foster wellness and mental acuity. I build relationships, which means I will get to know you, your health journey, and be ready to step in at any level. My commitment to client satisfaction and accessibility to mental health also drove my decision to embrace video technology that provides virtual visits.
I hold a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University, a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, an Associate's degree from Oakland Community College - Auburn Hills Campus, and a certificate from Navarro College. This diverse educational background supports my holistic approach to mental health care.

Simi as a provider, has over 13 years of collective nursing experience in the healthcare field and mostly mental and behavioral health. Her experience cut across pediatric to geriatric at different mental health settings. Her goal is to ensure her clients get the help they need in their journey to wellness and to live their best life ever.

Do no go!!!! All she did was shame me the whole appointment. She asked me MULTIPLE times what I did for a job and asked me if I ever sleep. Grossed out is an understatement.

Asked what the pricing would be with my insurance and out of pocket for the next few appointments so I can budget and never heard back from them at all, even after being told it would take a couple of days to contact insurance. Weeks have passed and nothing. Was told not to worry about money, quickly was advised to be medicated. If they took the time to listen they’d know I didn’t want meds, just talk therapy and the pricing. I felt judge. She assumed I wasn’t taking this seriously just because I felt rushed with scheduling. Maybe we just didn’t understand each other. If someone goes to a place with fragile mental stability, don’t waste your time. Accent made it hard to catch some words. She wasn’t too bad but communication and judgment are big with me when it comes to professionalism about mental health.

After my visit with this Nurse Practitioner, I became cerain that I have found the best provider for my son. She demonstrated exceptional clinical skills and very friendly. This office is incredibly disorganized and the provider is unprofessional. They have dropped the ball on my 3-4 times and this is only my 3rd appointment. It took me calling them for 3 days to even get my meds filled the first time. The Dr no showed for my most recent appointment and then almost refused to call in the meditations I'm out of. She only writes for 2 weeks at a time, so if you, or her in this case, miss an appointment, you are SOL. The Dr hangs up on you in calls if she doesn't like your tone and doesn't answer recalls. She acts like a sniveling child. I do NOT recommend this office for anyone. I see why they have so much availability

Simi was so awesome to me in that illnesses mental and physical can be caused by untreated medical diagnosis and she went thru everybody system so that she has my baseline. You could tell she knows her field of psychiatry and medication management and when a pt should be seeing results. Most importantly she was able to see me despite me getting the appt time wrong. Not rushed at all. Im VERY plzed and feel she will manage my meds to be beneficial as quickly as possible to get me back on my feet.
