Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. Since 2005, I have been pursuing my calling as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), striving to provide a safe environment to guide clients toward achieving their goals. Clients come to me seeking a provider who creates a safe space where they feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and feelings. I will assist you with managing stress, dealing with anxiety and depression, and developing healthy coping skills to improve your life.
I work with individuals ages 13 to 65 and specialize in treating anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I also support those experiencing maladaptive coping skills, grief, life transitions, obsessive-compulsive disorder, relationship issues, school challenges, self-esteem concerns, stress, divorce, trauma, PTSD, women's issues, and mood disorders. My approach incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, critical thinking therapy, and motivational interviewing.
I earned my Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate, effective care.
