Hello there, I am looking forward to working with you. I am a compassionate, experienced, and holistic therapist who draws from an extensive amount of experience in trauma-informed psychotherapy and working with victims of domestic violence. I am passionate about my work and strive to provide safe, affirming, and down-to-earth approaches to help you explore destructive thinking and behavior patterns often related to painful life experiences. I believe that therapy is a collaboration between therapist and client to examine concerns with curiosity and without judgment. My goal is to help you work through whatever you are struggling with and find a happier and healthier place in your life.
I am trained in hypnotherapy and rapid transformation therapy. I often use play therapy when working with children. I am a therapist who empowers, validates, and meets you where you are with compassion and empathy.
