Since a young age, I’ve been drawn to understanding people on a deeper level. Although my path didn’t initially lead me into psychology, I eventually found my way back to this calling through social work, which has allowed me to pursue my passion for helping others break through barriers and live meaningful lives based on their unique circumstances. My approach to therapy is casual, conversational, and welcoming. I believe that when clients feel comfortable and safe, they’re better able to open up and explore new ways of thinking.
I take the time to truly get to know each person—not just their challenges, but also their interests and strengths—so that together we can create a path forward that feels authentic and achievable. I find the most rewarding part of my work is seeing clients experience greater happiness and satisfaction in their lives.
I believe that change is absolutely possible, and I strive to help every client hold onto that hope as a foundation for growth.
