Jennifer is extremely kind and open to what I need most from individual therapy. I have worked with several therapists before and haven't found one as supportive and nurturing as Jennifer. I used to dread therapy because I wasn't sure what to talk about or how to express myself but she has made it easier than I thought it could be. Grateful to have her on this journey with me!

Hola, I am Jennifer P. Ortega, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. What does that mean? A Clinical Social Worker looks at all parts of you. We call it the BIO-Psycho-Social-Spiritual-Environment—areas in your life. This allows the therapist to get a wider view of what can be impacting the client.
I have spent 10 years learning this craft. What I have learned is that building a good rapport with a client is one of the best motivators. I know looking for a therapist can be difficult. It is one of those relationships you want to get right the first time. I will challenge you to move out of your comfort zone, as this promotes growth, awareness, and processing.
