I received my Masters from Stonybrook University in 2005. I have extensive experience working with individuals coping with stressors of day to day life as well as symptoms of mental illness. I practice with a goal-oriented and supportive approach assisting individuals in meeting their goals. By providing an environment to assist individuals in recognizing their strengths, they often find their confidence to grow & explore their ability to overcome life’s challenges.
I am located in the heart of Amityville village which provides the opportunity to utilize various modes of transportation. I offer evening and weekend flexibility to provide time for individuals who may find it difficult to make time for themselves otherwise
The initial consultation will provide us with the opportunity to develop a mutual plan for treatment and explore your expectations. This time will allow us to explore what you feel will work best for you in reaching your goals and obtaining your optimal level of emotional health.
