Jessi holds a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling from Mercy College. Jessi has trained the last 3 years at a Residential Treatment center where she works with individuals experiencing a range of social, emotional and behavioral issues. Jessi’s primary focus is dealing with issues related to depression, anxiety, adjustment and mood disorders. Jessi works with her clients to build a strong, supportive and trusting environment so that they can engage in the healing process of finding a healthy balance between mental and physical health. Jessi uses a variety of therapeutic approaches such as, but not limited to DBT and Mindfulness, CBT and Psychodynamic therapy. Jessi also holds certifications in personal training and nutrition and believes the mind-body connection is a crucial part of our mental health. Jessi is passionate about helping her clients build a stronger sense of self, while developing skills to navigate a more positive mindset.
