Many people just want someone to listen to them and feel heard?to have someone to speak to about their life, struggles, goals, and how to find a way through it all. This is what I strive to do for my clients: listen and help them make a plan to work toward their goals or to navigate difficult times. Clients can expect a personalized treatment plan, and I try to meet them where they are. I utilize various approaches, as each person has their own individual needs. My sessions are a safe place for clients to share their personal journey, struggles, and hopes and dreams for the future. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Community Psychology from Russell Sage College, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support my clients effectively.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I work with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma related to work or home life and family dynamics. In session, I will work with the client to collaborate on plan of how to address these situations and cope with them. Clients can expect to see gradual improvement in symptoms.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use various therapeutic approaches, but often will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. In session, we will discuss what brought you to therapy and look at ways to move forward. We will look at how your thoughts affect the way you feel and how they impact your life. A client can expect to learn strategies to handle those thoughts and work on changing their feelings for the better.
